Refund policy

At Taylor Wellbeing, we want you to love every product you receive.

 

If for any reason you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help. 

 

You may return your item(s) within 14 days of receiving your order for a full refund or exchange. 

 

Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition received.

 

For personal care items (such as skincare or balms), returns are only accepted if unopened and unused for hygiene reasons.

 

To start a return, email info@taylor-wellbeing.co.uk with your order number and reason for return.

 

Once received and inspected, refunds will be processed to your original payment method.

 

Return postage is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty or damaged.

 

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery for a replacement or refund.
